"Working with Brian was an absolute great experience. I will be using his company for any and all future home remodel needs. I highly recommend him as an honest and trustworthy man. Not to mention the workmanship is top quality. Five stars isn't enough stars. They go above and beyond that. Great company. And again, THANK YOU Brian. We absolutely love our new kitchen."

"My husband and I could not have imagined this project going any better with any other contractor. Roger and his team were attentive to what our requests and needs were. They cared about us as home owners and made strides to help us through this construction (we have 4 kids, so keeping our laundry up and running was essential to maintaining sanity in the household). Every step of the way, we felt secure that it was being done with quality and correctly. There was never a moment of question of whether or not something was being completed in the right way. As with any major construction project, there were unknowns we encountered along the way, but Roger was prepared and communicated everything clearly and quickly to us. Our end product was nothing short of amazing. Not only did we end up with an updated kitchen and a new laundry/mudroom addition, we wouldn't go back and change a thing. Everything is perfect, from the layout to the paint on the walls. And, the price wasn't outrageous for what we received. It was in line with the workmanship and quality of the work which was done. When embarking on a project this large and with a large investment, you have to have 100% confidence in the people doing the work. We are definitely going to use Roger with Plumbline Builders again."

"I used Fair & Sqaure to finish out the basement on my home. The original builder had only roughed in the basement and plumbing when the home was build a couple of years ago so wiring and all the framing was needed. I wasn't thrilled with the layout that were in the builders original plans so I met with the designer from Fair & Square to see how the existing roughed in plumbing could be modified to include a full bathroom rather than the 3/4 bath and to add a bar area. They came up with a good plan that didn't require major modifications and included the things I was looking for. They also had good suggestions on layout for the family room and bedroom that really worked with the walk out and how we planned to use it. Through the construction project our project manager kept us up to date on progress and what to expect. Everyone who worked on the project was sensitive to the fact that we were living in the home as they were completing it and tried hard not to be disruptive to our family life."

"I have relatively high standards for workmanship, and A&M was meticulous and excellent in my deck replacement. Even better was the information that was given to me by A&M to help make better decisions. They provided excellent guidance on the material, colors, design and the finished look. The cost was in the mid-range of the bids I had received, and it was reasonable. If you want excellence, this is the builder you want!"

"I have built two new construction homes with Custom Homes and highly recommend them!! My first home was a starter home on a city lot in St. Paul. Years later, we finished our basement with Custom Homes and sold the home for a great profit that we invested into building our DREAM home. Custom was great with everything from initial planning with lot constraints to the design plans to execution. So many details on how we would utilize our home were put into consideration as well as the small details that truly made it custom. The entire team was great to work with! I was in control of managing my budget through selection approvals via their online software program and knew where my budget stood every step of the way. It was a fun and exciting experience that I would do again with Custom Homes if ever needed!"

"Tony and his team did an awesome job! We needed our side door steps replaced. I really didn't think it would be much more than just replacing the rotting wood planks with new wood. Boy was I wrong. Tony explained everything that would need to be done in order to pass a city inspection. He replaced the steps, the deck, the posts, and the railings. It wasn't until everything was replaced that I realized how poorly they were done before. Wow! Everything came out looking & feeling incredible. Tony and his team were so helpful by explaining everything that needed to be done throughout the process. He gave us different price & material options for everything. His team even added little customizations that we wouldn't have thought to add. His prices were reasonable. They finished the job reasonably fast; even in bad weather conditions. Plus, Tony and his team were extremely respectful and friendly to me and my family. I will DEFINITELY hire his company to do any future remodeling and repairs that come up."

"We are absolutely thrilled with the bathroom remodels performed by Construction as Investment, LLC. We needed to remodel two of our three bathrooms. The two bathrooms are of moderate size, yet we had received estimates ranging from $25-$50,000, which seemed extreme. We then saw the big deal the company was offering for a full bathroom remodel for $5,000 and purchased two of the big deals after researching and finding good reviews on their work.

Vitaly was the project manager and he took the time to answer our questions and provided good suggestions for a few tricky details in our spaces. He also provided all of the needed measurements and instructions so we could confidently go and pick out all of the materials we wanted to use. This was especially helpful with the tile since my wife and I have never done a project with tile before and weren't experts by any means at understanding what to look for and what we would need. Before and during the remodels, I primarily communicated with Vitaly by texting and he was always prompt in responding. This method of communicating was quick and efficient and made it easy to keep the work moving.

Viktor is the companies "bathroom guy" and is an amazing craftsman and hard worker. He actually did both bath remodels all on his own, yet completed the work quicker than the time estimates we had gotten from the other companies that had given us estimates. And it wasn't from cutting corners, etc. Instead, Viktor's work was outstanding. Our city inspector even remarked about the high quality of workmanship on the remodels. Viktor is a very kind, quite and honorable individual. Because we had two bathroom remodels, Viktor spent a fair amount of time in our home and he really felt like a friend by the time the remodels were complete. We were actually sad when the remodels were finished because it meant we wouldn't see him anymore. When has anyone ever said that about someone working in their home? Our nanny homeschools our youngest daughter, so they and our dog were around the house each day with Viktor. He was always friendly to them and they enjoyed seeing him each day.

About a month after the remodels were complete, we had a crack in the grout in the corner of one of the showers. I texted Vitaly and he made arrangements for Viktor to stop back over one evening and make the repair. There was no hassle in resolving the issue and it was nice to see their commitment to doing the right thing even after the work is over and they've been paid.

We had a tremendous experience with this company and would highly recommend them to others looking for a company that does good work and stands behind it.

"Lavoir Builders did an excellent job on our deck. They did outstanding work at a reasonable price. We are so pleased!"

"They did an excellent job. We were new at this and they were very tolerant of questions, concerns, change-orders. They were also willing to work with us for items we wanted to work on ourselves (e.g. staining of trim, installation of purchased sink, etc).   The groups they brought in through contract were respectable and also did an excellent job.
The kitchen is beautiful with new lighting, appliances, exhaust system, custom cherry cabinets and hardwood floors. Everyone who sees it agrees that it is a complete transformation.   The bath is fully tiled with bathtub and shower.
