"They did our garage floor a couple years ago. We removed a platform for a water tank, leaving an unfinished area of the floor. They came and patched this area to match the rest of the floor and it turned out great. They were easy to get a hold of and quick to perform the work. Would highly recommend Ryan."

Small jobs welcome

"Adam and his father did an amazing job! They we're very fussy about the edges. They worked so well as a team and were efficient, professional, and thorough,. Another great thing was they were neat and cleaned up well after themselves. We would hire them again."

"I thought the finished floor would be free of pits and dips, but the floor was in pretty bad shape. It was plenty expensive, but they came the next day after I called. I have since come to appreciate just what a rare thing in the construction world that is. It made the cost irrelevant. I love this floor!"

Epoxy Flooring questions, answered by experts

When you’re painting a garage floor, it’s best to use a combination of rollers and brushes. You’ll want to start with a brush, making a border around the edges where the floor meets the wall. From there you can use a roller, though some people also like to do the entire first coat with a brush because it’s easier to work the paint into the textured concrete.

Yes, you can seal old or existing concrete, but proper preparation is crucial. The concrete surface must be clean, dry, and free of any incompatible old sealant. To check if an old sealer is present, drip a few drops of water onto the surface; if the water is absorbed in under five minutes, it's ready to be resealed. If you plan to use the same type of sealer that was previously applied, you may not need to remove the old layer. However, if you are using a different type of sealer, the old one must be completely removed. Before applying the new sealer, thoroughly clean the concrete and repair or fill any cracks to ensure a smooth, well-prepared surface.

Yes. Paint will protect your garage floors, making them more resistant to water, mold, mildew, and oil stains. Depending on your paint choice, painted surfaces are easier to clean and maintain.

You primarily need to be concerned about the moisture level in concrete when you are dealing with a basement or other below-ground part of your house. If you find any indication of moisture in your subterranean space, consider calling in a professional for further testing and moisture control solutions.

You can seal a concrete slab by cleaning the surface, filling in any cracks, etching the surface, applying a sealer, and letting it dry. Concrete slabs don't typically need sealing, but you can use a topical concrete sealer if you notice signs of water damage. If you haven't already fixed the cause of the leak, then you'll want to repair the plumbing before you seal a concrete slab.
