DECK REDO LLC

The project went fine in the end. There was confusion at the beginning with the price quote and what services I wanted done. The stain that was on the deck was difficult to remove and they were not to get off all of it.

Excellent!! Owner (Jason) came out - gave estimate. One of crew did power washing (great job) - crew of 3 (Chris and 2 guys) sanded and stained - super professional and very careful. Workers - stained by hand.

There were two men that they sent out to do the work, and they were polite and easy to deal with.  They did the job well and we were pleased with their work.  I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The only thing I was dissappointed in was that the deck has a rough finish, but I suspect that was due to the previous sealing that was done by someone who wasn't experienced (family friend).  This guy said they could buff it next time, so that's OK.
They were very responsive to a spot that appeared to not have taken the stain as well as the rest of the deck surface; they came back right away and resolved that.

It ended up being a 2 day job. Cleaning and staining. Very nice job.

They did a good job. They did everything that I expected them to do.

I received bids from a few different deck maintenance companies and found Kevin to be very professional and honest about the work he does and service he provides. After awarding Kevin the job, Kevin and another employee did an excellent job refinishing our deck, plus the front cedar shakes and front cedar entry of our home. I found Deck Redo's work to be of equal or better quality than what I would expect from a higher priced competitor and felt very comfortable knowing they were going to do a great job. The quality of their work made the cost a very good value. I strongly recommend considering Deck ReDo if you are looking for bids for deck maintenance (ask about other cedar maintenance you may need done, they might be able to do. I was glad to have them do this work for us too).

Jason was very professional from start to finish. He gave a timely estimate and completed the work ahead of schedule. We asked him to send his crew back out to do some touch up work after they were done and they completed that work the next day. Overall, a very pleasant experience,

They did a good job, and they were a little less expensive. I was satisfied with their work, and I am happy with the way my deck looks. They showed up when they said they would. They cleaned up after themselves.

Jason came by to give us a free estimate. He showed a simple test which let us know which surfaces needed to be done at this time. Do not be fooled by his youth! Jason has worked in deck maintenance for 7 years and was part of another company's team that did the outstanding job on our entire deck/porch 3 years previously. The owner of that company retired, so we were happy to find that Jason had started Deck ReDo. He used the same product and color the first time our deck was done, so it was a great color match. We were very pleased with the promptness and courtesy of his workers. They hand painted with brush or broom all the surfaces. The deck looks great and we'll be sure to give Jason a call in 3 years when it's time to "redo". With the bill he included simple instructions for the care of the refinished deck.
