Jennifer in the office kept us informed and updated. Contract, price, materials, labor, service and completion review were all outstanding. They also went above and beyond to demolish and build a new deck in time for a summer ending birthday party. I would not hesitate to call them for our next project and neither should you."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

Their project manager Cristina was good to interact with and she was able to schedule in the jobs and got it done within three weeks since the contract and initial down payment was made. There was a minor issue and in that i felt the contractor could have been proactive in taking measures to color match the siding instead of relying on homeowner. After the job was done, the nails were not cleaned up completely around the house. I had a flat tire and I don't think the cause was completely based on them not completely cleaning. I would definitely hire them again.."

"After getting a bid from Cady this summer, I hired them to do some work on my house (clean gutters, install gutter covers I'd purchased and fix a piece of siding). They agreed to do the work on September 10 at 1:00 p.m. They didn't show, and they didn't return my calls over the next couple of days. I felt they wasted my time. "I think the finishing around the window could've been a little bit nicer. Our basement isn't really finished. It still the brick wall, cement wall.It just seems like it could've been finished off more than it was. They were quick. I didn't see a lot of debris or anything. I know sawing through cement can be messy but they seemed to be very clean and efficient. They were out here pretty quick. We checked around and they were very reasonable."
