He has already placed orders for the materials needed for the project and we will add another review once the work has been completed....9/27/24 The work has been completed now and we are thrilled with the results. Andre was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive throughout the project, clearly laid out the costs for us, was flexible when we wanted to make changes such as choosing a different backsplash design than we originally picked. He also installed a new kitchen sink/water filter as part of the project and went to a lot of trouble to make sure it was set up correctly and working smoothly. It felt like he was looking out for us and genuinely wanted the best result for us. I would recommend him wholeheartedly with no reservations."

He caulked bath tub and wash basin, primed and painted several windows and the walls of a room, repaired a broken hearth tile, installed sliding door pulls, and cleaned bathroom sink traps. He always asked permission to buy anything extra and gave a detailed invoice with the receipts of purchases at the end of his service. My husband and I have set another date for more services. Update: I love looking at all the improvements around here! Mick came a second time and power washed the mold off our chimney and siding and blasted the mold out of the carpet on the steps. He also caulked the outside of all our windows, two stories. He eliminated the gunk with tree seeds trying to find a home in all the gutters. This guy is a gem!"
