Description of Work: I have used Sunday's Off, Inc. since 1988! I live in Plymouth, Minnesota, and Scott London, Owner was recommended to me when we bought our home with a swimming pool. Scott "opens" and "closes" our pool every spring and autumn. He has performed countless numbers of services and products to us over the years.......NEVER in a "pushy" kind of way. Scott and his employees are honest, prompt, courteous and cost-effective. Allow me to state some of the services/products Scott has performed and installed successfully for us over the many years. Services: Weekly pool cleaning/chemicals which he has always done to perfection. Did I say perfectionist? Yes. That's what Scott and his people are. He vacuums/skims/ cleans pump & skimmer baskets/nets/tests to achieve perfection with chemicals to give proper balance of such, and, after he/they leave, you don't even know they were there, except your pool is clean & sparkly and there is no debris left behind.( I first thought when we moved in, all I needed to do was toss in some chlorine tablets every few days....doesn't work that way.) Products: Scott has replaced our "liner" a couple of times. I hasten to point out that the need for a new liner(s) was NO fault of Sunday's Off or Scott London and his employees. Stuff just happens. All it takes is for one of the kids/grandkids to poke a hole in it with a sharp object. One time in a severe storm, the wind blew some pool furniture into the pool and a pool chair ripped the liner. Stuff like that. Heck, some people just get tired of the color of their liner and replace it on that basis!! Heater: I had a heater for many years.(same one).....finally gave out. Scott recommened a 'state-of-the-art' latest & greatest type of heater with digital components, that is so very user-friendly, even a pool dummy like me can get it to do what it's supposed to do. Pool pump and sand filter: Pumps are simply motors. They wear out. Scott has replaced it, as well as our sand-filter. Sand Filters are involved in the "back-washing" and "rinsing" process. They eventually get clogged and need to be cleaned, not replaced every time they get 'icky' & all 'gummed up'. But, like any other equipment piece, sometimes you just need to 'update' and replace. Scott does it all. Winter covers and water bags: We still have the 'old-fashioned' type of vinyl winter cover that necessitates the use of filled water bags to be placed strategically around the pool to hold the cover on. Scott takes care of all of that. Pool ladders/supplies/chemicals....there just isn't ANY pool item that is available that would 'stump' Scott......AND; he get get ANY & ALL of your pool needs met! [email protected] I would recommend HIGHLY, Scott London, Sunday's Off, Inc. to any pool owner, residential OR commercial. In closing, I feel that I should mention that this endorsement by me was un-solicted, I'm NOT on Scott's payroll, I am doing this because I think in this day & age, with all of us busy, busy......and, some of us quick to complain about stuff, that, when you DO get GREAT service from a company, we should all take a few moments out of our lives to give a 'pat-on-the-back' when it's deserved!!!!
