"I hired Derek and his colleague to wire up our new hot tub. He was excellent at communicating and providing an estimate before work was started. The quality of work he provided exceeded my expectations. Everything was done neatly, to code, and did not leave a mess at my house. "After one call they came to my home, picked up my old computer and the same day delivered the news that (as expected) it was beyond repair.
