They removed the old water heater, installed the new water heater, and disposed of the old water heater all in about 40-45 mins. These guys were in and out. The new water heater works like a charm and thanks to jeff and his teams quick reponse I didnt skip a beat. Affordable water heaters saved me time, money, and stress. "I?m a 74 yr old female w AMD, which affects your eyesight. Ed painter for SPARKD painted my kitchen. He knew the ceiling was part of my contract. After he left I noticed the ceilings around my cabinets just the cabinets were not painted. He said he would return. I can?t get a response from SPARKD or Ed. It?s been a month. I couldn?t see it until he left. I have text the company/ manager Harley to file a complaint under my warranty. No one responded. I have had nothing but issues with the company. Poor workmanship. I need my ceiling painted properly!!! Management doesn?t want to give me my warranty. The pictures are just a bit darker but there?s definitely a 5 o?clock shadow. This was not a remodel just a paint job/subcontractor did install lights in the kitchen."

That said, the company has many positive attributes: 1) communication is solid 2) attitude is positive and professional 3) final workmanship very high 4) pricing very reasonable 5) overall demeanor is friendly and flexible which is what we wanted. He was efficient and thorough and did not give up until he was sure the fireplace was operating properly. I am very satisfied with the outcome."
