Michael (owner) sent his finisher (Yuri) to remove my wallpaper, prep and paint my walls. Repair some storm damage as well. Very punctual and precessional. Communication was great! Prices were very reasonable. Definitely recommend!

I reached out to three separate roofing companies for a quote to replace my roof and gutters. Cutting Edge Restorations came in a little below the second one and waaayyy below the first one. The gutters were a bit lower as well. Michael communicated well and made sure I was kept in the loop with timing and personally came out when I made the decision to go with Cutting Edge Restorations to go through colors and materials. The roof was completely torn off and replaced all in one day. The roof looked great and the cleanup was good as well. The gutters were done a couple of weeks later. Again, the work was done in one day and cleanup was good as well. I would definitely recommend these guys. I love my new roof and gutters.

I had cutting edge replace my roof due to wind damage, and I have to say they are one of the best companies I've ever worked with. Michael, the owner was great. He worked with me and my insurance company every step of the way and followed through with everything he said he was going to do. The install team arrived when promised and did a beautiful job. Michael followed up with me and inspected their work and told me they slightly damaged one of the gutters during the tear off process. The damage was so small that I didn't even notice it, yet he told me about it and paid for the damage. That's one of the small things that makes them stand out above the rest. Highly recommended!

Hired to put on new roof. Should have taken a week - it took 2 months. During which they disrespected my neighbors, damaged their property, disrespected me, and left my roof wide open during several storms. Gallons of water poured into my house through my bed, down 3 stories of the interior. Left my home and property in disarray for weeks on end. They did nothing to fix their mess. After many tries to resolve issues they continued to disrespect me and/or ignore me.

Absolutely APPALLED at the service my grandmother just received from this business. My grandmother is a recent widow and my grandfather used this business to get his roofing done. My grandmother had called Cutting Edge to get them to look at the roof, as they had seen some bubbles forming on the roof. My grandparents had gotten their roof done during December of last year. This shows that their roof is not even a year old. The apparent owner showed up tonight (mind you it is darker out) to take a look. He told my grandmother there was nothing there and proceeded to talk to my father (who was helping my grandmother) in a condescending and snarky way. My father stood up for himself and told the man to not speak over him or to him in that manner. The man continued to shout over my father telling him that my grandmother was the customer, not him. My father then told him that he was helping my grandmother (because she was recently widowed). The man, who was apparently the owner of this business, then said this WORD FOR WORD: "WHY DO YOU KEEP BRINGING UP THE DEAD GUY?" Not only was this comment disrespectful to my family, it disrespected and dehumanized my grandfather. It has been a hard time in our family with the recent loss of my grandfather and we, nor did my grandmother, deserve the treatment Cutting Edge Restorations gave us. It is added stress that my grandmother did not need during this time. It is disheartening knowing someone would lack this much respect for a family grieving. I will never understand why this supposed owner of a company would treat anyone like this. I know that these reviews are just a small fraction of a bigger picture, but I hope that you see this review and understand the true nature of this business, which is not to help, but to hurt.

Excellent service over the phone with an accurate quote, quality work, great experience. They showed up on time and were courteous. We appreciated that Cutting Edge was flexible in the types of roofs they repair and could work on the flat roof of our back porch. We will be calling them again in the future!

It went very well!

Last month we had some really bad winds that blew a few pieces of vinyl siding off the corner of our dormer, and loosened up a few pieces in other places. I had Cutting Edge come out for an estimate for repair. Jeri came out and told me the work was really minor and should probably only cost about $150 and take 20 minutes or so. I called back a few days later to say I wanted to hire them for their services. Jeri said that he would be in touch to set something up. Days go by and I hear nothing. So I call their main number and speak to a man that tells me he'll let Jeri know I called. A couple more days go by and I hear nothing. So I call Jeri directly. He apologized for not getting back to me, and said he would call me the next day to set up a day/time, and he should be able to squeeze me in within 5 days or so. No call from him the next day, or the day after, or the day after. After a week of not hearing back again, I call the main number to see if I can talk to someone else. This time I end up talking to the owner of the company. He apologized about Jeri not getting back to me and doesn't know why that happened. He says he'll take care of working with me from here on out. Since Jeri didn't give me a written estimate, he asks if I can just send him pictures of the damage that I had so that he can get up to speed on it all and take care of things. So that same day I send him the pictures. He said he'd be in touch with me the next day. As you can guess, that didn't happen. It's now been a week since that conversation and I've yet again heard nothing. So now two people there - owner included - can't bother to get back to a customer on 3 separate occasions. I understand I'm not a $20,000 roofing job. But if you don't want to bother with small jobs like mine, than just say so from the beginning instead of having someone waste their time for several weeks waiting to have you perform a job you clearly have no interest in.
