"We talked with several asphalt companies before we went with this one. We absolutely love the work that Asphalt Express did for us. We live in the woods & have a 1000ft driveway that winds by a pond, up a hill, past our barn, & ends up in a circular drive in front of the house. It's been dirt & gravel for years & keeps getting harder to maintain & fill in the pot holes. Debbie, from Asphalt Express, explained that they could do millings on the drive through the woods & then asphalt from the barn to the house. Everything was explained thoroughly, they worked with us budget wise, & even checked back with us a couple of times after the project was done to make sure we were happy & see if we had any questions. The owner & his crew were so nice & wanted to make sure they worked around my rocks in the driveway to my satisfaction. They did a great, slightly sloping, apron at the barn, too. This team was so professional & did everything possible to protect our yard from their equipment while they were here working. They were done in one day & we couldn't be happier. "Mike and his crew helped replace our old and decrepit deck with a concrete brick paver patio. Throughout the whole process, they were a joy to work with. Not only was their price very reasonable (it came in between two other quotes), Mike also took his time to explain what to look for in a paver patio and what design elements would fit our vision. He also educated us on the installation process of the patio from the very beginning. Once the construction started, it went much quicker than we had expected. And throughout the process, Mike continued to communicate with us changes that needed to be made based on the elevation of our yard. He always gave us choices on the changes, and we often consulted him on the better choice. Because we were working from home, we were able to observe Mike and his crew working on the patio. It was very clear that Mike took great care with the little details to make the patio perfect. Based on the similar care his crew members showed, it was clear that Mike also imparted the importance of quality work to them.
