Honest company!

They did such an excellent job on our driveway. All their equipment is new and great looking. Ken was so easy to work with. We used kca in the past for drainage work and now we used them to pave our drive. All the workers are polite and the job turned out great !

Ken does not stand behind his work. I have issues with my $50k driveway project and he will not do anything about them. Avoid this company at all costs.

working with ken and the crew was a great experience. responsive, hard-working, courteous, happy to talk and explain whatever you are curious about. the end-product was a fantastic upgrade to our crumbling, rutted, potholed driveway...now it's properly graded and smooth as a billiard-table!

Also installed 4 new handicap signs provided by customer

They had the best suggestions for the type of asphalt phases I would need and they told me about a smoother finish top layer that would hold up more.. The guys were super friendly and polite and creative.... I would recommend them to everyone

They are the best around. A buddy of mine referred them to me and we are so happy we chose them . It took a while to get them here due to them being busy however we did get on the schedule mid summer. We are glad we waited and chose them and did not go with any other paving company . Kca has thier act together and I would recommend them to anyone. Ken went out of his way to make sure our water problem was fixed due to the previous contractor messing up the slope. The drive looks amazing and water drains right off of it . Thank you Kca

Ken and his crew are awesome!! He showed up on the day promised and ripped out our existing driveway. We have a tremendous amount of water on our property and ken advised to let the water dry up before laying our new driveway. He then returned 3 days later to finish our job and we couldnâ t be happier! Our driveway looks amazing, and we will use Ken and his crew for all our future asphalt needs!

Wonderful company they resurfaced our driveway and did a great job. We were impressed with kca from start to finish . All the workers were polite and Ken was very personable and honest with us . The last paving contractor we hired overcharged and the drive did not look nearly as nice. If you are looking for another paving contractor don't waste your time . These guys really have their act together

Ken and his crew were great! They made sure to do everything I asked for on my new driveway. The best paving company in Michigan by far! The quality of work is unmatched compared to any other paving contractors. They go out of they're way to make sure the job is done correctly. The work they did is superior to others . One of my family members hired another paving company that was reputable and they were drinking at the job site and the work was absolutely horrible - my brother in law had to go to court and sue the company since the work was tbag bad . I sent Ken the sales rep over there and he paved their drive as well and did a great job also . Very happy we chose kca . I will use them again

We are so happy with our new parking lot it looks so much better and the issues have all been fixed. They assured us that they would do everything that was mentioned and sure enough they did. The city was on us and gave us a certain date that it needed done by and Kca made sure it was done by the date so we did not get in any hot water with the city. We are so pleased with all the guys and the work they performed and would hire again in a heartbeat

Paved our parking lot in Farmington and did beyond acceptable job. Very knowledgeable staff and worked between our business schedule to complete the work. Highly recommended and will use in the near future on other property locations

Home advisor has helped us find great contractors. Kca came out and gave us a price And we decided to go with Ken since he was transparent and answered all our questions. Other companies recommend resurfacing and we knew it was in to bad of shape to do that . It wasn't to much more to have it completely replaced and it looks beautiful . They fixed all of our water issues and the finish is very smooth . Everybody on the crew was friendly and I wouldn't recommend another. Paving company but these guys

Ken at KCA rushed the job and did not correct mistakes. I have multiple patches on my drive and several areas that are falling apart after multiple attempts that his staff made to try to correct but were unable too because Ken did not put enough asphalt down and rushed the job. They showed up at 530 or 6 pm and rushed through the job in less than 2 hours after they spent 8 hours on a neighbors drive. Ken said he would put 1.5 inches of asphalt down and I have multiple areas that have < 1/2 inch on 70% of my driveway. He over dumped at the end of the driveway and made some excuse for doing so as my neighbor heard him say he did not want to bring the extra home. The extra should have gone on the first 70% of my drive. Ken was difficult to reach. When his staff finally came to fix the drive, several of them said the job was rushed and needed redone and that the drive was not 1.5 inches except the last 25-30% of the drive that he paved when he realized he had too much left over. Needless to say, he did not even respect the opinions of his own staff. My drive has only been resurfaced for 10 months and it fell apart with general use after 7 days and is now cracking and falling apart in several areas and will need to be resurfaced by a reputable company...NOT KCA!!! The warranty that Ken personally guaranteed was for 1 year and after multiple attempts to have him correct it he said that there was nothing else that he could do. Ken is anything but upfront and honest. Look elsewhere! I heard the Blacktop Specialists are good!

They made our 6000 square ft driveway look easy. With all the equipment and large trucks they have they can really get alot of work done and get it done fast and efficiently. All the workers answered any and all questions.The drive looks great and we highly recommend them.

Our driveway was in horrible shape and needed to be replaced. The crew was great and they were friendly. They went out of their way to do a couple of things for us and did not charge any extra. Ken was very easy to work with and we felt very comfortable with him throughout the whole process. The driveway looks great and we are so happy we went with their company.

Ken completely redid a semicircle driveway that had several layers of old blacktop on it, and water puddled in front of the door because the old blacktop was so thick there was nowhere for rain to go (but in the house). The old blacktop was removed and 4â of new blacktop was installed. The water problem is gone. Ken was very personable, and I chose him because he had so many good reviews. Extremely satisfied!!!

A buddy and I was looking to get our driveways repaved. He found Kca paving on line and said the ratings was good so we both hired them to remove old concrete and replace with asphalt. After the job was complete I asked how long before I could drive on it and Ken said two days ,one of his crew told me not for a week.so waited , first time I drove on it it sank and pushed high spots up and cracked. Called Ken to complain and he came out to repair it . He came with some cold patch and a hand roller now my very expensive drive looks like a old patched drive . Looks like loose gravel, there is Low spots that ponds up when it rains drive across it it fills like a wash board, never heard from him again. My buddy is having the same problem hasn t been fixed either.Ken said he would do what ever it takes but haven t heard a thing.

Ken was very easy to work with - communication was great - the work is excellent! He is very knowledgeable and kept me informed. His crew was professional and did a wonderful job on our parking lot!!
