They didn’t have a crew available on the weekend, but were available on the following Monday. The crew did a great job explaining the problem and finding a solution for me. Great customer service and they earned their money working in some frigid and snowy weather. I hope to never have another sewer backup, but if I do, I will call Clog Busters."

We agreed on a price for the initial trim carpentry, interior door installation and casing along with numerous areas that required correction from prior substandard workmanship. "We had contacted a competitive plumber on Saturday (05/12) morning after discovering seepage around the main sewer cleanout valve.  The representative that arrived told us that he "would not recommend cleaning from the inside because it would be messy and more expensive".  He sheduled us for an outside cleanout on Tuesday and left us with a proposal of $1100 to dig and install outside and $282.00 to clean out!
I am so glad that I did not go with this plumber!  After several referrals I contacted Drain Works who attended the immediate problem area and only charged $125.  Had I stuck with the first plumber they would have come out with the BIG guns and charged us $1300+ ."

"Everything went well. Joel actually showed up to my resident early. He did a overview of what I needed and did the job for a reasonable price. He was able to install a new sump pump for me, and it was done in a timely matter. I am very pleased with the service I received."

"All Around Plumbing came to my house to fix a problem with the utility sink in the basement. The drain from the washing machine leads into the sink and it appeared to be clogged with lint. I plunged it, attempted to snake it, and used copious amounts of Drano, all to no avail. I called Chad, told him the problem, and they came out the next day. Dan, the "drain guy" was very courteous, arrived on time, and fixed the problem within three minutes. He plunged one side of the sink after plugging the other side of the sink (it's an old cement double-sided sink), and voil?, it worked! Only wish I would have realized that I should have plugged the other side of the drain before calling the plumber (so if this is your problem, try that first so you can save some money). It cost a total of $135 for clearing the drain, and to be fair, that was the price Chad had quoted over the phone."

He came back Monday to test the water and then installed a custom built water softener on Thursday.He evaluated what type of softener we needed by asking about our families particular needs. "Jakeob arrived promptly and was very courteous. He was able to remove the old dishwasher and set it out front without damaging flooring or existing hookup. Jakeob even cleaned under the cabinet where the old one was before installing the new one. While he was working on the project, my brother had several questions about installing appliances and working on plumbing projects. Jakeob was friendly and patiently answered all his questions. He took the time to make sure every thing ran properly and looked aesthetically well under the sink. The dishwasher has ran great and we are very happy with the service call."
