"Exceptional service from start to finish. Had another contractor tell me the line was collapsed and needed replacement - ready jetter came out the next day and was able to hydrojet the line from my house to the street and provided a video of the full line after the service. 10/10 would recommend!"
This is a screenshot from a short video of the lining being brush coated into the old pipe after we descaled, cleaned out, and installed a new bottom in the pipe. All without breaking up the floor. The link to the video is below.

"Easy to schedule, arrived on time, communicated well. We had 9.5 years on our water tank, but I never drained it. They showed me how easy it is to drain and clean it out to get longer life out of the new tank. Should be able to get longer life out of this one."

"I'm a Military Retiree, so, besides the work being extremely important, communications is as well. I sent a request for an estimate, and James, one of the owners responded extremely promptly. I told him my issue, sent him a couple photos and he knew exactly what needed to be done. I set up a time with him, he reached out to me about 30 minutes before his arrival to let me know he was on the way. Upon arrival, he was extremely professional and courteous. He walked me through the process of patching rod holes and spent some time showing me what to look for in the future to avoid another leak. I will definitely bring this company back out for all my basement waterproofing needs. Very Cost effective company. Thanks James!!!"

"Russ and his team took care of us and I am very pleased with the work they did. They stayed in regular communication, explaining the work as they went, and completed the job on-time. His candor and willingness to education me on the process of the work, as well as his thorough explanation of the material costs, made me feel reassured that I hired the correct contractor. Most importantly, we no longer have water in our basement whenever there is moderate to heavy rain. Thank you for everything!!"

"Being the owner of a carpet company in Metro Detroit, my company installs flooring in thousands of basements every year. Many of those basements had issues with water coming in after heavy rainfall. When we wind up in a home that has evidence of moisture we always recommend our customers to BWM because they do a spectacular job EVERY SINGLE TIME, and charge our customers a very fair price. Once they are done with their work, we can install the carpet or flooring and give our customers a beautifully finished basement with ultimate peace of mind. The pros at Basement Waterproofing of Michigan have serviced almost 1,000 of our customers and have yet to hear any negative feedback from anyone of them. We only hear great things from our customers about the team at BWM."

Storm Drain Installation questions, answered by experts

The average cost to install a door is around $1,100, but you could pay anywhere from $150 for a hollow-core interior door installation up to $2,000 or a high-end exterior door installation. There are a few cost factors to consider to get an accurate price, including whether your wall opening exists, the type of door, the quality and security of the door, whether you need to replace the frame, and the door size. You can expect to pay $150 to $700 for a standard 36-by-80-inch door and between $400 and $1,600 for an 80-by-48-inch door.

There are a few ways to make your storm door less drafty. For example, if the bottom of your storm door is letting in air, you can lower the door sweep so there’s a smaller gap between your door and the floor. You can also install weatherstripping or apply caulk around the door frame.

You do not have to purchase a storm door if you have a fiberglass door. Fiberglass doors offer numerous advantages, including durability and the ability to stand up to harsh conditions such as low or high temperatures. Fiberglass doors also have excellent insulation properties, so you don’t have to add on a storm door if you’re looking for better temperature regulation inside your home.

You can install a storm door on almost any door. Storm doors are designed to fit single exterior door frames. Whether a specific door fits into an existing frame depends on the frame's size and configuration. Patio and sliding doors are exceptions, as some aren’t designed to accommodate storm doors. A local door installer may be able to modify a frame to fit a storm door.

The difference between a right-hand and left-hand storm door is where the handle is located. When looking at the door from the outside of your home, a right-hand storm door will have the handle on the right-hand side, while a left-hand storm door will have the handle on the left. Your storm door handle will be on the same side as your front door handle.
