"I had a HUGE job that required not only excavation but putting everything back and grading everything the way it should have been. I have worked with enough contractors in my lifetime to know that a job rarely gets done without a couple of issues coming up here and there. I expect that. The most important thing is how the company responds to those issues and how they handle them.
