Mike responded and came out to my home on the same day I called him. He was professional, respectful, punctual, and his price was the lowest in the area. The installation was completed with no problems and in only a half a day. He'll work with you regarding specifics of the job, i.e. I wanted to keep some of the dirt from the dig and his men moved it to the area I specified in my yard. The rest he'll haul away. I completed the fine interior finishing myself and this goes to insure a VERY affordable price from Mike. If you have the personal experience to apply the interior finishing touches you simply can't go wrong with Mike and I'd hire him again.

Service was excellent and prompt. We had a 4’x4’ egress window installed within an 8 hour period. There was no indication of them ever being there. Very respectful of our yard, great work, great price, and wonderful experience.

Mike offered to complete the job within 2 days of the estimate, which is incredible. They were in and out in one day, charged a fair price, and kept our remodel ahead of schedule. Mike was great to work with. He explained the root cause of the problem and steps he would take to correct it when he came out to do the inspection and estimate. Mike and his crew did a fantastic Job. Mike came out to my house for the estimate. He provided photos and information about the window I would receive. He also provided a list of references and explained to entire installation process. The day of the installation Mike and his crew showed up on time and got straight to work. They took care in protecting my lawn from the mini excavator. They were very prompt in getting the installation complete while still paying attention to detail and doing a fantastic job. Mike was great.  He responded to our original call for an estimate right away and scheduled the job within a couple of days of us hiring him.   He is very professional.  Provides literature on the product and fully explains the work his crew will do.  He completed the job in less than a day and everything was totally cleaned up.  I would definitely recommend him.

I called Mike (owner) and setup an appointment for Saturday morning. He was on time and very professional, easy to understand the process. We hired him and the window was installed on the following Thursday. They showed up on time, installed the egress window, and cleaned up all there mess. I was very pleased with the job they did. Mike was punctual for the original appointment and the day of the install. He was very careful to cover anything that might get damaged both inside and outside. To get to the window area, he had to remove a large shrub. When I asked if he could remove the whole row of shrubbery, he did so (with his backhoe) at no extra charge. When the inspector wanted the ladder secured, Mike was out the next day.The window looks great. I would highly recommend Emergency Egress, LLC.

The install went really great. Mike and his crew were all very nice and he kept on top of the job. They started at 9am and were wrapped up by 3pm. I pulled quotes from a few providers and Mike was the only one that noticed that the duct work in our basement required the window to be slightly lower so that it could open unobstructed. Mike is extremely cautious and you can tell he has a lot of experience. He was very careful to test the drainage on the window well to ensure that it wouldn't flood. Turns out our house is so old that it doesn't have normal footing drains, so Mike presented options for tying into other drains in our house to make sure that no flooding occurs.
They also used their digger, at my request, to remove an large bush that was near the window and hauled it away at no charge.
Even though our house is old, the trim work they did matches up really nicely.
Overall a really great experience and great to work with a business owner that is as knowledgable and cautious as Mike. Important qualities for someone who's going to cut a hole in your foundation!

The services were excellent. Way beyond the normal persons expectataions. Above and beyond excellect. I previously used their service and they came out a second time to make adjustments free of charge 15 months after original work was done.

Everything went as planned. No issues what so ever. Those guys works in a very cold weather and they were great.

heavy rains we had I initially contacted Mike about an issue with my egress window back in summer (Aug '13) last year. Water would collect inside the window during heavy downpours and it would seep thru the window into the basement floor. Mike stopped by the very same day to take a look and gave me a detailed estimate. I scheduled to get the work done the following week. Mike's crew showed up on time and they got to work right away. Took them less than 2 hours to finish the work and everything looked good. I had almost forgotten about this issue when suddenly a week before Christmas, I noticed water in the basement again. The snow had melted due to the warmer temperature and had caused the ground to be saturated with water again. I called Mike again (had an 18-month warranty on the service) and left him a voice mail saying there was still an issue with the egress. He returned my call promptly and told me that he would be sending his guys the next day to take a look. They came the next day and tried to find the root cause by digging under the gravel. Well, turns out the builder had originally installed a different kind of drain pipe (much narrower) that was causing the issue. They fixed the problem and since then I haven't seen any issues even during the heavy rain we had last week. Great service and I would highly recommend their work to anyone needing egress window work.

We contacted three contractors from Angie's list and chose Mike.  He was very responsive and professional.  We had a glass block window put in also and the entire job was done exceptionally well.  We have had our contractor, electrician and two inspectors all comment on the professional job done on the window.  It looks great, they cleaned up behind themselves and we would definitely use them again.

Mike came to our house within 48 hours of our first call.  He walked us through the entire process, showed us a sample window, and provided us with a written estimate as well as references.  He answered all of our questions.  After we hired him, he obtained a permit from our city, and provided the installation within 2 weeks of our first meeting.  His crew was prompt, fast, and capable. Mike came at the beginning and end of the job to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The job took less than a day to complete. We would definitely recommend him for installing egress windows.

They were able to come out within a week from the estimate to do the install. Time was important to us, since the building permit hinged on the window install. The process took approximately 6 hours, and the entire crew was extremely professional from start to finish.

Mike was wonderful to deal with and did an excellent job.. His crew were professional and courteous. They were done in 6 hours; no damage to the lawn or basement interior. Mike supplied all the credentials needed upon first meeting so we could submit the application to our condo HOA. They had a very negative experience with another vendor several years back and kept increasing what they needed from him. He gladly supplied all needed information and additional forms.
I will say that our HOA was still very hesitant about approving. However, they were thrilled with the job he did. A few board members came and looked at the job in progress and again at the finished product. At the next board meeting they will be recommending Emergency Egress LLC as the preferred vendor for this condo association. In addition, they wrote a letter to the city stating that he should be a recommended vendor for the city as well.
We did not do ANY additional cleanup. They used plywood under the excavator and the lawn was unscathed. Mind you they were working in the rain and the lawn suffered no damage. I was asked to take a look at the T-connection before they covered it up; they also took pictures for the city inspector. They contacted all services (Miss Dig, etc) and worked with the city so the inspector was on site as they were finishing up. Everything was completed same day. I would highly recommend this company.
