I hired Generations a couple of years ago for basically a remodel of a utility room that needed new drywall and paint. Since then, I've hired Generations (in my mind: Eric and David) for additional jobs related to painting, drywall, trim work, etc. These guys are hardworking, care about their work, and are just down to earth. I can ask questions, or spit ball ideas with them. They arrive when they say they will. Just an all around good experience. I can't recommend them enough.

Prompt, efficient and clean. Needed to replace some kitchen cabinets, install an over-the-range microwave, upgrade kitchen sink and faucet. He made sure the replacement cabinets were an almost exact match to the 30-year old cabinets in our condo even though it took multiple trips to the supplier. Very nice!

Eric is very prompt in both returning calls and coming to house. We had a number of small jobs, some of which involved old products for which parts are no longer available. Eric was able to improvise and fix cabinet doors and a bi-fold closet door. Eric completed, in three hours, all the jobs we had put off for months. Will definitely call again and recommend to others.

Mr. Eric Windorf (Generations Owner) was a knowledgeable and efficient contractor. Before the job even began, he reviewed it for his bid and in the process he discovered a 2"X10" plank beneath the outer edge of the main span that was dry-rotted at the top, and a second structural issue with the face-plate, and priced them into the job. These structural repairs were completed before the originally described job was begun. When the Township inspector required a replacement of all railings on my 65 by 10 foot deck (including the stairs from ground level, ten feet below), Mr. Windorf designed and built a much better set of railings than the original, plus a gate and short (two treads) stairway at one end of the deck. Once the railings were built and installed, the inspector required revisions that did not seem to relate to the permit book exemplar drawings. However, Mr. Windorf worked to meet the revised requirements and got us our approval. Mr. Windorf was easy to work with, and talk to, and despite Township holdups, got the job done in a reasonable timeframe. I will have him back for my next project. Photos available upon request.
