I have been a licensed builder since 2019, but I started building when I was ten years old and have been active and involved in the construction industry ever since. I have been involved in virtually every phase of custom home building at one time or another, all the way up to building complete homes from start to finish. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working for some amazing builders and customers and learned a lot along the way. I love taking a project from conception to completion, and it's always a thrill to complete a project and have a happy customer. Weâ ve all seen the guy that claims to be an expert struggle to complete a job with a set of tools bought on sale at Walmart! Then thereâ s Keystone. Pulls in with a clean looking truck and trailer. I had the opportunity to see the inside of their trailer and boy is it incredible! Like all the fasteners and tools needed for my office fully organized and ready for use! All this combined with Zekeâ s communication skills to fine tune my design to be pleasing to look at and still super functional. My experience with keystone every step of the way was incredible. "Larry and his team did a good job painting the EXTERIOR (didn’t see that option in the dropdown) of our home. His team were professional and efficient. They painted our home with Sherwin Williams Emerald paint which sealed the home in an almost rubber-like coating which is perfect. It resists dirt and bugs and sealed the home beautifully. The issue we had was where they painted Trex board on the top rail of the deck wall and it started peeling off within a couple months. It took Larry several months to make that right by sanding and re-painting (which is why I gave the previous rating), but he did stand behind his work and eventually made it right. I highly recommend the Emerald paint and can honestly say Larry’s team does professional work. My issue was with the months it took to make the rail issue right. To be fair, it was his first time using that particular paint and I was happy that he eventually made it right by doing the repairs himself."
