"They showed up on time as promised. the staff were knowledgeable and polite> they let us know what they were doing and explained the outcome very well. We had a creosote build up and they assured us they could remove most of it. "Modern rebuilt my aging brick chimney. The cap had cracks in it and the bricks were popping out. Modern took it down and rebuilt it. Brand new limestone cap and bricks. They even tuck-pointed some bricks further down the chimney that weren't part of the rebuild. The chimney looks great and Modern did it all in one day."
