"Michael Brooks and his associate came on time for a schedule basement inspection. They were very thorough and explained their findings and advice. They also explained financing options. We decided on the AquaStop Basement Triple Sump Pump fitted to the existing drain tile. With a deposit on the day of inspection, we were also able to finance the remainder of the cost, which helps us get through tax time. On the day of the install, Jacob called as promised to advise us of their estimated arrival time. The crew, Jacob, Dustin, Cesar, and Jaden, were efficient and responsive to questions. They explained all they had done and how each control worked. And best of all, they left the basement super clean after the work was done. Well done, guys, and well done FSM. "This was a reasonably complex project, involving construction permits and installation of fairly delicate equipment. We thought Service Professor did a great job. Their crew stayed and worked late to get our generator installed. There was one part of the project that their technicians were unable to complete on the first day. However, they stayed focused on getting the job done, reaching out to a third â party vendor to get further instruction and technical guidance. And it is worth noting that their price was significantly lower than the bids we got from other electricians."
