"I used Home Pro of West Michigan to remodel my master shower and I highly recommend them. They provided great service and their timeliness and organization was stellar. They communicated very well and provided efficient follow up when needed. Their installers were friendly, helpful, and took care of the project in a day and half. "They did an excellent job. Jim was great to work with. He was very thorough, conscientious, experienced, and professional. The quality of the work was very good and we are delighted with the finished product. Jim has good relationships with talented carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians that he was able to schedule at just the right times, so that the work was done as planned and on time. Jim is an honest person, who communicates well, and is very easy to work with. This was our vacation house, so we weren't there while much of the work was being done. However, we knew we could trust Jim and his workmen, so it was relatively stress-free. I would recommend New Image Remodeling without reservation.

"Jonathan did me real solids today. Despite the fact that they were here to clean up bascially messes left by the installers on my HVAC on both AC and furnace, he AGAN went ABOVE and BEYOND when he noticed I was doing my own plumbing project. We had hot water seeping out with our water main shut off on a fixture exchange, and he pointed out we can drain the hot water heater partially to stop this. The last plumber didn't eve care to share this, or even do it. I will not go ANY OTHER PLACE than Service Professor for my plumbing, HVAC and electrical needs. PERIOD. No one else compares!"

We love that the crew asked us on our preferred placement of fixtures throughout the process and they were in and out within one day! The customer support team is there in case of any issues, although we did not have any. We love our upgraded tub and use it all the time! Would highly recommend Bathworks."

"We received quotes from 3 companies as we began planning a partial bathroom renovation ( tub / shower upgrade). Our sales rep explained the renovation process in great detail and introduced us to our construction supervisor via phone the same day we signed our contract. The quality of the materials this company uses far surpasses that of the other 2 companies even though there wasn't much difference in the price quotes."
