"I used Home Pro of West Michigan to remodel my master shower and I highly recommend them. They provided great service and their timeliness and organization was stellar. "They did an excellent job. Jim was great to work with. He was very thorough, conscientious, experienced, and professional. The quality of the work was very good and we are delighted with the finished product. Jim has good relationships with talented carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians that he was able to schedule at just the right times, so that the work was done as planned and on time. Jim is an honest person, who communicates well, and is very easy to work with. This was our vacation house, so we weren't there while much of the work was being done. However, we knew we could trust Jim and his workmen, so it was relatively stress-free. I would recommend New Image Remodeling without reservation.

We love that the crew asked us on our preferred placement of fixtures throughout the process and they were in and out within one day! "We received quotes from 3 companies as we began planning a partial bathroom renovation ( tub / shower upgrade). Our sales rep explained the renovation process in great detail and introduced us to our construction supervisor via phone the same day we signed our contract.
