"This was a smooth and seamless experience. From the quote and estimate to the crew coming to do the waterproofing. Eric was very helpful and informative throughout the process of scheduling and what financing options were available to making sure we prepped everything that we needed to. Deshawn and his crew talked me through what they would be doing and what to expect along the way. He explained the timeline and to expect dust to settle for a couple days so they would leave plastic on all of our items in the basement for us to remove when we were ready. "Jason arrived in about 40 minutes. Surveyed the situation and explained what was going on and the price to clean out the drain. Once he got to work, it was only about 30 minutes plus another 10 to clean up. Then he explained the age of the cast iron and gave us a fair quote to consider for a permanent fix ( replace the cast iron with pvc). Prompt, polite, competent and fair prices. Definitely recommend and would use again."
