"Owner was quick to call after submitting my inquiry for gutter cleaning, repair, and a gutter protection system.. Received a fast, reasonable quote after being presented a couple of options. We agreed on a rough timeline that came and went. One week later I was about to call, came home, and the job was done with the bill in the front door. Premises were clean and the installation appeared neat. I was hoping for a followup call to see if I was satisfied but that never happened (it's been about a month). Repairs, product and installation are working as expected."

During that process, no other company/ sales rep took the time to explain their gutter systems from the ground up like Scott from Klean Gutters. Scott was very personable, genuinely cared about the project, and for the cherry on top, was able to give us a fantastic rate. Their gutters/ gutter guard system makes the most sense and seems most economically feasible with their warranty program. The installation team was great, explaining their process before they started, and most importantly cleaned up after themselves. "Eric determined that my shingles failed. He referred me back to the manufacturer. I found my shingles were guaranteed and I will get my roof replaced at no cost. He had enough integrity to advise me of this instead of trying to sale me a new roof. Now that is integrity."
