"I was impressed with Chuck from Shamrock Chimney. He was realistic in his discussion and went thru various options from converting to a gas fireplace to wood inserts. He discussed the issues with the existing field stone face and converting to a two way fireplace. He certainly made me comfortable to consider Shamrock should the project move forward."

"I would definitely recommend this family owned company. I have already given their card to 4 of my friends that want work done to their fireplaces. Itâ s become difficult to find people to hire. I was a little nervous about hiring a stranger from the internet but I was hoping that my first time using Angi would work out. I have no regrets. John Dennis returned my message the very same day I contacted him through Angi. He was at my house that same week giving me an estimate. Thomas did the install. I would highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything he did and kindly answered all my questions. He was so thorough. He took his time to make sure that everything was perfect before he left. "They did a very nice job. My fireplace looked like new. I had some trouble with the pilot light and now it works really well. They were very prompt. I have had them out since then to replace a chimney cap. I will use them again."
