Of course, all of the snow and rain arrived and it took longer than expected to be done. However, the work was top notch and workers extremely courteous and aware of maintaining a clean working area. Once the weather cleared the work was completed in a matter of days and upon inspection everything was done met our expectation. Very favorable follow through my management and workers. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them.
