Of course, all of the snow and rain arrived and it took longer than expected to be done. However, the work was top notch and workers extremely courteous and aware of maintaining a clean working area. Once the weather cleared the work was completed in a matter of days and upon inspection everything was done met our expectation. Very favorable follow through my management and workers. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"PERFECT from start to finish. The house is an old two-story farmhouse originally built in the 1800's and a new kitchen addition was put on over a century later. It has a gambrel roof, which was the norm way back then. We were concerned as to how hard it would be to tear off the old shingles and put on new ones, due to the various heights and peaks. The roofers worked their magic and had it done in a matter of a few days, with nary a problem. Next came covering the entire house with Polar Wrap, Tyvek, and then the siding. We knew that once again it was not going to be an easy task.. and especially for only one man.. but Kenny went to work early in the morning, and did not quit until evening. It took him a few weeks and he just finished the entire project two days ago. We cannot say enough great things about him and the impeccable job he did, with every detail done to perfection.
