Our old roof was only 9 years old and needed to be replaced plus the beam that was cracked that supported the roof. It was a bad situation because the people who did our roof before did a horrible job. We were left to deal with it. Ken explained the whole process and was honest with us from the start. 180 contractors made the situation 100 times better and we felt at ease. The crew came out and did the roof so quick! Coty was our project manager and he did such a wonderful job communicating with us! He answered all my questions and always got back to me! My husband and I were so impressed with the crew because they did such a wonderful job with the roof plus the cleanup they did after! What’s really cool is they take pictures while doing the roof. Nancy was so helpful with helping us with the loan we had to do. I would highly recommend 180 contractors!! Next time we have to do our siding we are calling them! Thank you so much!"

"We had storm damaged aluminum siding replaced with vinyl siding. This was done during January and we were cautioned that work would be performed weather permitting. Of course, all of the snow and rain arrived and it took longer than expected to be done. However, the work was top notch and workers extremely courteous and aware of maintaining a clean working area. Once the weather cleared the work was completed in a matter of days and upon inspection everything was done met our expectation. Very favorable follow through my management and workers. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them.
