A-Z Asphalt LLC had the thickest coating and the cheapest price. They used a little bit heavier coating of asphalt. I liked that they came out here on time, they answered any questions and they were good and they did a good job. I wanted it slant a little to the side but they didn't slant it right the way I wanted it.

"well i am derek hutson and im sorry for the slant but most likely the water would not have run off the way u wanted it slanted and if the water pools on your drive way for many year it disintegrates the asphalt"

Overall, the company did a good job on our driveway. We are very pleased with it. They worked hard and did a quality job. They started on time, but the process involved 3 separate days. The first two went great and I asked Scott, the owner, when he would be back. He said that they would finish on Thursday, before Labor Day, or he would call me with another plan. They didn't come on Thursday and I received no call. This was at out cottage and we had hoped to be done for our company on Labor Day. I called and left a message on the company phone saying that I wanted to know what the plan was. I received a call from Scott and he said they would finish on Tuesday after Labor Day. We stayed up all day Tuesday, but no one came and there was no call. We went back home on Tuesday evening. I placed another call asking about the plan and stating that we wanted to be there when the work was done. The next call I got was on Wednesday afternoon saying that the project was completed. I feel that the communication should have been better.
