"Quick, efficient, affordable (yeah, like the name says), friendly, quality....pick any positive description you want and it will likely apply to my experience with Jeff and Les. Filled out the Angi form on a Saturday morning, had a brand new water heater by 4pm. Just was an outstanding experience."

"They were the only plumbers to give me a quote over the phone for a new water heater. Everyone else wanted to charge me for an estimate. The plumber was extremely professional and did the job quickly. I paid exactly what they quoted. I would definitely hire them for all my future plumbing needs."

"Very prompt and professional. They went above and beyond. If you're looking for cheap these are not your guys. The price is quickly forgotten if the quality is not good. Hire these guys with total confidence."

"They did an excellent job.  Jim was great to work with.  He was very thorough, conscientious, experienced, and professional.  The quality of the work was very good and we are delighted with the finished product.  Jim has good relationships with talented carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians that he was able to schedule at just the right times, so that the work was done as planned and on time.  Jim is an honest person, who communicates well, and is very easy to work with.  This was our vacation house, so we weren't there while much of the work was being done.  However, we knew we could trust Jim and his workmen, so it was relatively stress-free.  I would recommend New Image Remodeling without reservation.

"The team showed up, and completed what they needed to in a short amount of time. Also offered a few suggestions for things that the plumber was not able to complete but noticed where wrong. 10/10 would use again!"

"Theyâ ve been great. Got a barrier free shower for my father and itâ s a very nice unit. My only wish - and itâ s hindsight being 20/20- is that they really explain and have hands on models for all the features particularly when doing accessibility related installs. My dad didnâ t quite get the need for the water barrier gasket and we switched out the shower head because he found it too heavy. Our installers were amazing and Iâ m thankful we had the guys we had."

"Quick and easy leaky pipe fix"

"If you are looking for a remodeling company that delivers beautiful bathroom remodels, we would suggest the folks at Five Star Bath Solutions. They provide the highest level of satisfaction to all his clients."

"everyone we worked with was wonderful!! Although it costed a little more then I could afford, I had a stroke and needed a shower. They did a fine job!"
