Very well - hardly a drop of water was spilled, and the plumber was quick & efficient. Plumber arrived at scheduled time, he was courteous and professional, etc.

Great lakes was called to finish repairs left incomplete by another plumber, and it's often frustrating to finish off someone else's work, plumbing or otherwise. This repair took 2 calls by Great Lakes, but in the end all is working correctly and I consider the work complete. The first call determined what parts were needed, and then parts were ordered (which is what the first plumber was to have done). A return second call fixed the problem after some trial and error, again due to the previous plumber's (Genzink) incomplete work. I've used Great Lakes twice and wouldn't hesitate to call them again. They were prompt and quick to call if the schedule needed to be changed.

Mark was great to deal with. He answered all calls and e-mails promptly. The plumber, Rodney, came out on time and did a nice, neat job installing the pump and drains. He answered lots of our questions and was knowledgeable and pleasant. We requested a permit which they got. This made the job more expensive than if we had not had one. I have no idea whether or not this job was expensive. We were very pleased with the work and would call these guys again in a minute.

Great Lakes was prompt,courteous,and very knowledgeable.Matt had the parts in his truck so he was able to make the repairs in a timely manner.Very reasonably priced as well.Nowadays, it's rare to find a company that provides such great customer service!As we are new to the area,I'm thankful to have found Great Lakes Plumbing.I will use them for all of my plumbing issues.

Very prompt response to call. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly on the phone and in person. All options were explained very well. Once a decision was made on what to do, Rodney and Mark got the job done quickly and without any issues. We will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs, as well as recommend to friends and family.

Mark and his crew did a great job considering the circumstances of the job at hand. I needed the property to be ready for tenants to move in. A previous contractor did not perform the work to code. Great Lakes came in performed the necessary repairs and had the city inspector review the work. During the review the city inspector found additional issues with the plumbing in other areas of the house. These additional issues were pre-existing conditions dating back decades ago.
I was worried that the cost of the additional repair and added delays would exceed my budget by a mile. Fortunately Great Lakes took on the job with the cost and time in mind. Mark proposed several alternatives to tackle the issue and was very patient with me in explaining the options and ensuring that I would be satisfied with the solution I picked.
After the job was completed I mentioned a small detail that I was planning to take care of on my on. Without hesitation Mark told me that he would send his guy back to the job site and take care of it. The following day everything was perfect. This told me that I was dealing with a serious contractor willing to go the extra mile for a customer. I had to personally deliver payment to meet him in person and express my appreciation for his work ethic.
I sincerely recommend this company to anybody out there, especially those that have had bad experiences with companies or individuals who cannot or will not grasp the concept of customer service.
