"This family is a bunch of crooks! They are incompetent and have no business doing any work in peoples home. I have had nothing but problems with them since day one. I have an air conditioning unit they installed that wouldn’t cool my house below 76 degrees. When I confronted them about this they told me I need a bigger unit which I forked over another $600 for a 3 ton unit. They hooked this unit up outside and said they would come back in the spring to get it running. After calling them for a week with no answer I finally called from a different number and Mike answers right away only to tell me he has gone out of business which I believe is a lie. As others have stated his wife/secretary is one of the rudest people you’ll ever talk too. This is a warning to everyone reading this.....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL GET SCREWED LIKE I DID AND SO MANY OTHERS! Their ratings everywhere you look are awful and the good ones I’m sure are made up by them and their friends. BUYER BEWARE!!!"

"Had a new Trane furnace installed. Crew was on time and fully prepared. Job was finished close to the time estimated by the installers, basement left cleaned up after installation. They did a quality job. They reviewed everything with us, about installation and operation of equipment. I would highly recommend this company!"

We have been in business for over 80 years. An annual service for a furnace is $79.00. It is a clean and tune on your equipment and it takes about 50 minutes. We have a full service departemnt for all of your HVAC needs.

"Had to have a new furnace installed and a new hot water heater. Let's start with the hot water heater. After the install I had bad sulfur smell to my water they did come out and replace the rod in the unit. A week after I had water draining from the drain pipe under my mobile home it was running like a faucet from the unit however the drain pipe is right next to an outlet under my mobile home therefore water is splashing all over the place. It was a weekend when I called. I let them know I was concerned about a possible electrical fire because of the water draining. They wanted to charge me 200.00 to come out during the weekend I refused because they did this it was within days of them installing the new rod. Well it was Tuesday when they finally came out. My furnace was installed by them except I have central air also which was not replaced. Since the furnace has been installed my air conditioning is not working properly. They came out and said one of the coils inside of the house is plugged. But my air worked fine before they put the new furnace in. Even though I had help with getting these things replaced I feel like I am being taken advantaged of now and shrugged off with this air thing because my home is simply not cooling like it should . I have a huge hole in my floor where the hot water tank is like they were gonna put the drain pipe there but moved it over a few inches and the mess they left there also is ridiculous. I have videos of the the area around the hot water tank. If I could upload the videos I sure would but they are to big."

Gas Logs questions, answered by experts

Most gas companies and utilities brokers will send a technician to relight a pilot light, but this may demand a service call fee. Contact your local gas company to inquire about available pilot light services. If it’s a no-go, just follow the aforementioned steps and light the manual boiler’s pilot light yourself.

In most cases, a gas stove should be installed by a licensed plumber. Connecting gas appliances carries many risks, chief among them a fatal gas leak. If your home is already set up with the proper gas hookups, you may be able to DIY the installation (or save money by hiring a local handyperson or basic appliance installer near you rather than a plumber). If you’re ever in doubt, however, we recommend going with a professional master plumber.

Although a gas company supplies gas to homes, connecting gas appliances, like a dryer, is not their responsibility. The primary role of a gas company is to safely deliver gas to a property and maintain the gas supply lines up to a specific point, typically the gas meter or shut off valve. The task of installation is usually taken on by the homeowner or professional dryer installer.

Some people don’t like the look of gas fireplaces since they don’t offer the classic charm or appeal of a wood-burning fire. Plus, gas fireplace installation is more expensive than other types of fireplace installations due to the added complexity of working with gas lines. There’s also a chance that gas could get into your home, which is a major health and safety risk.

You can maneuver your gas grill into place, but you cannot connect the grill to your gas source yourself. All municipalities mandate that a certified plumber carry out this work, so you’ll have to reach out to a plumber or a gas grill installation company in your area. Given how dangerous a gas leak can be, gas lines and connections are highly regulated, so you’ll need a professional’s help and a permit to install a gas grill.
