Technician put on bootees over shoes whenever he came inside and took them off while outside.

The guys were all very professional. Cleaned up everyday before they left. Had a water leak after they were done and they came out that same night and took care of it.

They arrived on time, answered all my questions and everyone was very professional.  I would recommend this company again.

This was an extensive and expensive project.  It took three separate trips but each went well.  One minor glitch with a pump for the humidifier which was a new product.  They were cooperative with my schedule for the correction.

Job took longer than they expected because they ended up having to replace all of the heat ducts in main part of the house.   They did a great job.   The furnace has had a major workout this year, and I'm looking forward to AC this summer.

It was okay. I had some problems with the air conditioner. It was something that the factory had done. It took the company couple of trips out to fix the issue. It was leaking refridgerant, and they had never seen that happen before, so they did not know what to look for. They did finally make it right.

This company did an excellent job removing the old furnace and installing the new boiler system. The process took several days which is normal for this system. The job sight was clean at the end of each day. The installers were extremely polite. The system works beautifully and we are totally satisfied. I would highly recommend this company.

They check the furnace in the winter and summer. They are very courteous and punctual and I like the communication. Our realtor recommended them to us because she had used them frequently. Everything has been good. I can schedule in advance, if I want to, but in June, they called to ask if their serviceman could come over as he was in the area. Their pricing is competitive.

After attempting to install our own programmable thermostat, our furnace would not click on. We were having a fairly warm couple of days and were doing some DIY around the house. This was on the list of things to do. Well, we tried everything, hunting down the ancient fuses, replacing the old thermostat, you name it. Nothing worked. My real estate agent, Sandy Jurich, had recommended her favourite "HVAC Geek" as she likes to call Chad, and so we called him as the temperatures started to plummet and we could see our breath in our basement. Chad sent over his repair guy the same day, after a look at the furnace he said "You need a new furnace, your fuel cells are all cracked." WHAAAAAAAAAAT? So scary, we could have DIED of gas poisoning in our sleep had we got our furnace going again. Chad came over a couple hours later and looked at the furnace, did calculations of the size of house, our heating needs, etc and came up with an estimate in about an hour. He also recommended that the venting be changed on the furnace. Our furnace was being vented through an old chimney that was no longer lined properly and was leaking gas into the living space. (YIKES). You could see the gas leaking into the house by looking at the chimney on the third floor and there was yellow ghosting through the paint!!! Anyhow, Chad's men were there day after and worked tirelessly in our freezing cold basement, while we sat upstairs like eskimoes wrapped in layers, hopefully waiting for them to finish and the heat to click on! It was ALOT of work. There was an enormous old system in the basement and it was a bit rigged from what I can tell. They took everything out, redid the way the system vented and were absolutely polite, on time and would explain anything I asked about. We now have a wonderful heating system that is super quiet, steps down in power, has a super high tech thermostat and has saved us alot of money on our bills. But, most of all, this furnace may have saved our lives.
