Everything went great, they got my a/c back up and running in no time. Had to order a part, so they came back the next day and a/c has been working like a charm since.

On time, performed work well, no mess, reasonably priced.

They did a great job. Careful. Put down drop cloths. Made no mess. Let us know what they were doing & how long it would take.

They were great! They moved some heavy items away from my vent pipe outside for me. Very nice guys!

Works great. Can't speak to punctuality since I wasn't present when new A/C was installed, but the work site was clean and tidy the next time I was there. we have always been pleased with Haven's service.

Haven Heating did a very neat job , came in at estimate, showed up on time and returned all calls when making inquiries. I also had another company at the house and he also gave a comparable estimate, but was very vague on warranties and performance expectations. We are completely satisfied with the work completed and would not hesitate to call Haven Heating with any other issues.

We had received a considerable amount of rain over night which had leaked into my basement. I contacted the company to see if they could have a service tech come and check my furnace to make sure I didn't have any water damage. After replacing my filter and going over the furnace the service tech let me know my furnace was working properly and started it back up for me. Such an awesome company and kind service techs...will surely do business with them again in the future!!!
