It was a gas line that was rusty in the rear of the car. I thought they would replace the section of gas line that was bad, but before I knew what happened they cut the straps on the tank. They said because it was fuel injected it was a high pressure line and they needed to replace the whole line front to back. What a crock it maybe high pressure but only after the fuel pump. They also said that the fuel sending unit line had to be replaced also and they would break it taking it off the car. It went from $400 to $1500 to fix it. The thing that really perturbed was they destroyed my car, I couldn't drive it away because the gas tank was laying on the garage floor. I valued the car at that time about $800 so why would I put $1500 in it. The sad thing the car for a 1998 Corsica only had 48,000 miles on it. I should of sued them but I was at such disarray I didn't. I will never take ant thing back to M and W Tire on M-139 in Benton Harbor.

I am a Valvoline customer who just moved to southwest Michigan. The Valvoline website suggested this company for local service. I popped in without an appointment and was fit into the schedule right away. Looking at my service history, they were able to offer me a money-saving value package for future services (which was much appreciated). The staff was very friendly, respectful and helpful. At no time did I get the sense that I was being taken advantage of as a female. They threw in the tire rotation for free as a Welcome to the Area gesture. The waiting room there is quite posh. A flat screen TV, a couple of cute little tables with chairs, couch and arm chairs, free wi-fi, free coffee, cookies, sodas and fruit. Not a bad place to have to hang out for awhile. Very happy with the service.

They have great mechanics. They are very professional. The sales staff is very friendly. They explain what they are doing, and they give you the parts back. I appreciate that because I'm a woman they do not treat me like I'm an idiot. I have used them for a very long time.
