Had a new Trane furnace installed. Crew was on time and fully prepared. Job was finished close to the time estimated by the installers, basement left cleaned up after installation. They did a quality job. They reviewed everything with us, about installation and operation of equipment. I would highly recommend this company!

This is the best company. They're estimators worked with me with to stay within budget, their installers were friendly, trustworthy, and even came back a third day to finish the job. Cannot recommend them enough!

This company was totally unprofessional the young man that did the work broke my water pipes and the furnace he put in has already went down I've had nothing but problems with this company I bought the furnace and water heater from Lowe's all Rogers had to do was put it in and from day one it's been nothing but lie's and one big joke. I have to take them to court now because they never gave me a Warrenty the kid broke the water heater and the furnace doesn't work. The lady that answers the phone is rude and the owner won't call you back. Beware of them the young man who did the work hit my mailbox and broke it lied to me about it and the people across from me saw him back into it, then my water heater was the wrong one it was a small one and they told me that both the water heater and furnace would be off the ground because I live in a flood zone, my dryer that I got for Christmas is no longer working because he broke a main pipe and water went all over then he claimed that my friend and I had broke the water heater, I don't know how we could have done that because my friend was in Mexico picking up his mom and dad, the thermostat he installed is right next to the front door the inspector who came out wrote them up on several things with the furnace and a-main pipe she broke that goes to the sewage everything that this kid did he puts the blame on me when the young man was here working he was constantly on his cell phone with his girlfriend talking about their kids he told me she had jealousy issues at one point he even left to meet her, and the last day that they we're here I was very sick my heat was off because he broke the water pipes and I had to go to the doctors I asked him to close up my house even gave him a key to leave in back window and when I got home my back door was wide open with the key in the lock I handed the key to him and asked him to please make sure my house was locked up and when I asked him why my house was wide open he said because he didn't know that I wanted my house locked up, I have had nothing but problems with them and I was just told by Lowe's that a reimbursement check was sent to them and they were to give it back to me, well I never got any reimbursement money and they won't give a Warrenty on the work that was done less than a year ago they want to charge me $130 dollars to come out plus the parts and labor. I can't believe everything that they have done is so messed up I'm without heat and the owner still won't call me back. I'm going to the court house to talk to a judge to see what I should do but the way it looks is that I have to take them to court and I'm going to. Bad job on both water heater and furnace.

They’ve done an excellent job. They installed the unit and it works like a charm. We’re extremely happy with it.

I had a bad experience with them. They replaced that motor and it vibrates quite a lot, but they didn't try to do anything to fix it. So we just have to live with this vibration and we're kind of worried that it could shorten the life of the unit overall. The guy that installed it came back and said, "Well, it's pretty much the best you can do."

The technician arrived on time.  He spent quite a lot of time working on the furnace. He also installed the replacement electronic air cleaner filter I had on hand.  Then he worked on the A/C unit.  When he was all done he called me to the exhaust pipe outside and informed me that the CO emissions from the furnace were too high and that meant the heat exchanger on my furnace was cracked.  He said that legally he could not allow me to use the furnace any more so he had to disable it.  I don't doubt that the furnace needs to be replaced given its age and the fact that this furnace has a history of issues with the heat exchanger.  However, I object to being charged for the tune up on the furnace only to be told I can no longer use it.  Knowing the age and issues with this furnace, it seems he could have checked the CO emissions before spending time to clean and tune the furnace.

During the hottest week in July, two days before out of town houseguests were arriving, our central air quit working. Since Rogers Heating had installed the unit (7 years ago) and performed the annual service, I called them for repair.
The serviceman arrived promptly and proceeded to check out the issue. Ten minutes later he came back to report that the condensation unit had a dead short and needed to be replaced. It would take 3 to 5 days to get a unit and would cost $2500.
I reminded him that the unit was only 7 years old and asked why it failed so soon. His response: "These things happen
sometime." When I asked what their warranty would cover, he told me to call their office.
I called Rogers' office and asked to speak with the manager. Two days later, he called back to inform me that the unit was out of warranty and they would provide no discount of any kind toward a new unit. When I asked why it failed in only 7 years, I got a identical response of "these things happen sometime." Clearly this is their standard line. When I asked what we needed to do differently so the next unit didn't fail again in 7 years, he replied: You can replace the condensing unit for $2500 or the whole AC unit for $3500 but we will put in a very similar unit.
At this point I became very suspicious of the whole situation and talked to my neighbors to get a recommendation of another HVAC provider (I had not yet joined Angie's List). They recommended Brockway Heating and Air. They came the next day to check out the situation. About 15 minutes later I heard the AC unit kick on and immediately felt cool air coming out of the ducts. In reality all that was wrong with my unit was that an electrical lead had vibrated loose, was arcing, and caused a circuit breaker to kick out. They replaced the leads and charged me $120 for the entire job.
My response was joy and relief for the cost savings. I gave them a major tip for the great job.
I also called Rogers back and informed them what happened and that not only did I not want a replacement AC unit but also that I would never do business with them again. The person on the phone apologized and promised to have the owner of the company call me. You can probably guess what happened next...nothing. No call. No follow up of any kind.
I have no idea if the issue was incompetence or dishonesty, but I would strongly suggest caution when dealing with Rogers.

The experience with them went really well. They were really prompt, and from the time we talked to them to the time the furnace was installed, it was 2 weeks.

Rogers' service people do a great job with service calls. They are knowlegable about the equipment they service, they are timely on their service calls, and their prices are reasonable.

Overall it was a good experience. I got four quotes for system replacement and Roger's came in second. I went with them after the lowest bidder missed two scheduled appointments. Roger's showed up exactly when they said they would. The first day they removed the old furnace and A/C unit and installed the new furnance. The next day the technician was on-time, but the new A/C unit never got delivered so the installation stretched to a third day. The unit was delivered and installed on the third day. A supervisor even showed up with a card. cheese and chocolates to apologize for the delay. The system works great. Two weeks later the owner came by to check on the work, fill out the Consumer's rebate forms and ask if I was satisfied. I got a nice mid-quality, high efficiency furnace (94+) and A/C (18SEER) for a good price. The service was good except for the equipment delay. The technician did a nice job of cleaning up. The card and follow-up visit were nice touches. I would use them again.

I would not rave about them; the furnace works well but there was confusion about them getting us scheduled and getting the furnace installed and coordinated with the gas company. We also had some problems which were related to the furnace and when we asked them about it they kind of passed over our questions. They eventually they came out to unsuccessfully try to fix the problem while charging us another $350 to do it. I will not use them again in the future.

I woke up without any heat, and in Michigan in the winter, that's something you'd notice. I called Rogers at about 7:15am and they had a service technician there within 45 minutes, and he quickly figured out what the problem was. He had to drive to Kalamazoo to get a part, so he called the supplier, verified it was in stock, went to pick it up, and came back about 45 minutes later. Everything was fixed, and the price was very reasonable, given the circumstances. I had called them because they installed a new furnace in two of my co-workers' homes, and they were both very pleased with the service and the price. I'd recommend them to anyone.

It was not a good experience at all. They were moving our air conditioner. The installer was a nice kid. He showed up a day early, and the office didn't call ahead for them, so I had no knowledge that they were coming a day early. We worked around that. He did a nice job moving it and installing it, but it didn't work afterwards. He was a little over his head, because he's an installer, not a service guy. He needed a little help, and management didn't give him any help. He said he would be there by noon the next day. I called the office at noon, the office said he would show up at 2:30, and he showed up at 4:30. He struggled with it until 10:30 at night. At 11:00, two guys walked in, and it took them ten minutes to fix it. For his part, the service guy did a good job. I'm not upset with him. The rest of the system didn't work, so they came back with the owner a week later, and they sold me a thermostat. They ended up charging me $300 for the thermostat, when the agreed price was $150. I called in and thought I could get $100 back or so, but they wanted nothing to do with that. There was no customer service, whatsoever.

They offered quality product at a good price. They have very comparable prices. Their timings are also pretty flexible. They are tied with one of the home improvement stores and we specifically use the home improvement store where I have credit to have them do the installation.
