I went with this company because I realized I had bed bugs and was terrified. Tom (the owner) answered my call and was ready to treat my home immediately. He responded quickly to all my questions when preparing for the treatment. The heat treatment was thorough yet efficient and pics were sent proving the 140+ degree temperature in each room of my home. Treatment was Friday, October 11th and I'm still bed bug free!

Rob called back within a couple hours. He offered an appointment for the next morning, at a very reasonable cost ($100 for spraying the area where the nest was). I had just signed up with another provider, so could not go with him. However, he spent time assessing my situation, and told me that the company I was going with was charging a really good price for the more extensive service I purchased. It's not often to see a company looking at the bigger picture and putting the customer's needs first. He is down-to-earth and offers prompt service. I would highly recommend!
