Troy came out over a year ago to quote - he spent nearly 4 hours on my property making sure that he understood exactly what was going on with each of my buildings. He took several pictures and gave a very estimate. I had several other companies come out to provide quotes & they just simply weren't as thorough or kind. Troy continued to follow up and once we were able to budget for the project, he came out and made sure nothing had changed. "The product in and of itself is excellent. The salesperson was well-informed and did a great presentation, offering a very reasonable price. I was thrilled. The workers were professional and polite. However, when they arrived, they had not reviewed how the pipes were to be installed for proper drainage. I sometimes have to jump into work early if I'm needed. I let them know I might have to leave while they were working, and might not be able to supervise their work. I had to leave early, told them the details, and left. I did not come home to what I had requested. I spoke with the dispatch person (the owner's wife), and was told in no uncertain terms that I was stuck with it the way it was because I had "signed off" on the job. I had to stop payment on the check, and reached out to the owner. He informed me that I was being "unreasonable" to ask that the work be done properly, questioned my sanity, and told me I needed help as I had "mental problems". He threatened to send me to collections, and I informed him that I was happy to pay, and simply needed two drainpipes to be put behind the fence instead of in front of the fence. Again, I was told I was "unreasonable", and that the workers were not required to read the specifications for the job, that it was my responsibility to communicate that to them (news to me). He stated he would come in about two weeks, even though it was a "long drive". I thought about the lack of customer service and realized that I really did not want to deal any further with this company, and paid them. My conclusion: great product, good workmanship, but communication with the home office was very angry and drama-ridden (not to mention being told that I was mentally unstable). I think I expected more from them in terms of communication than they are able to give. If you do use them, be very specific about placement, and be sure to stay until the installation is complete. It is a five-star installation and product, which is what the two stars are for. It's a zero in terms of customer service."
