From original discussions, to reviewing plans and bringing out paver samples. Very accommodating. We also had a hard deadline with a party coming up and they more than beat it. Once they dug up the mess that was our previous patio (cement, lava rocks, a huge lilac), they found other issues with drain pipes, etc. but they kept me in the loop, proposed a quality solution and got it done without drama.
