"They really make it easy to do business with them. We're generally not available during the day, but they were able to come out when we were available, more than once. From original discussions, to reviewing plans and bringing out paver samples. Very accommodating. We also had a hard deadline with a party coming up and they more than beat it. Once they dug up the mess that was our previous patio (cement, lava rocks, a huge lilac), they found other issues with drain pipes, etc. but they kept me in the loop, proposed a quality solution and got it done without drama.
