Antonio came right out to give me an estimate and set up to have the job done. They came the very next day and tore out my walkway and replaced it with a new one. They did a great job, and I would definitely recommend !

Antonio came the same day that I sent my quote request. The quote price was very reasonable compared to other contractors. Best of all the crew came out the next day. They were awesome, worked very hard and very clean. I have worked with quite a few contractors for other projects and never had the experience of hiring and getting work done the next day I was very impressed and would recommend Palermo to anyone looking for timely quality work

I had the opportunity to meet with the owner who was very professional and courteous. I explained my concerns about the project and we agreed to proceed. His crew arrived on time and completed to job as planned. The work was very good and the clean was excellent. I highly recommended this group and will utilize them again if I need further concrete work.

While communication with the rep from this company was pretty good, and they got the job done in a good amount of time, the actual sealing of our stamped concrete does not look that great. There are a ton of bubbles across the entire surface of the walkway. Throughout the job I was in text contact with the rep but once I mentioned the bubbles, after the seal had finally set, he never responded. So we are kind of stuck with what we have got. UPDATE: Now that the sealant has gotten through the winter, our stamped concrete walkway looks absolutely terrible. The red color used to make it look like bricks faded where all the bubbling happened so no only does it look bad, it is obvious the concrete is not sealed properly. With no contact from their customer service, we are stuck. Will never use this company gain and will recommend no one else does either. Waste of money.

"let it be clear that we did not pour the patio. it was poured 10 plus years earlier by someone else, and we sealed it for the customer. The problem is that the surface of the patio is deteriorating, and when you apply the sealer onto the surface, it causes bubbling and doesn't look as it did when it was brand new. we were limited in what we could do. thank you for the work. You were very kind to our staff and we were very thankful."
