"Bought a new washer and dryer recently. The sensor in my new dryer told me that the vents needed cleaned. Hired Irish Mist to come do the job. They came out and told me that they were unable to get in the roof but would get the vent clean from inside. They â didâ the job. The dryer still gave me the same error code. I then called Irish Mist again for them to come back to finish the job. They scheduled a follow up appointment and never showed up. Hired another company who scoped the vent and showed me a large clog at the exhaust exit. They then got in the roof and ensured all aspects of the job were completed. They get 3 stars on their work because they cleaned most of the vent. The technician was respectful. Customer service was fair, except for the not showing up again part (which I took work off for). Unfortunate."
