At the time of service, we thought that they would be installing the filter, however as they were leaving, we were told that it would be shipped FedEx, and we felt this was slightly unprofessional."

She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

They scheduled their day at a time that worked well for us - and on the day of - Chris was right there to make sure things went well. They had a crew that unfortunately was unable to work that day due to a car accident that morning - Chris herself rearranged all the houses including ours and made the drive out herself to ensure we still were cleaned within the timeframe we were seeking.
