Russell made sure I understand exactly what was happening with our foundation, exactly what him and his crew were going to do, and how much it would cost. His crew worked in the pouring rain, cleaned up at the end of the day - (meaning they swept the street in front of my house) and protected my grass during construction. We had three separate areas leveled (The two driveway areas previously had water pooling near the foundation of the garage and home every time it rained. The A/C unit was not leveled when we moved in this past winter).
