They were really good workers and did a super job. It rained last night and no leaks in the garage last night. We really would recommend them for chimney repair. I would give them a 10 out of 10. He worked in a timely fashion, and was very aware of keeping all dirt , etc., onto a covered area so my carpet stayed cleaned. "Everything went very well. We sent Michael pictures of what needed to be done. He gave us a quote. We later asked him to come onsite to firm up the quote, which he did, and the price was the same. He stated he was booked some time out, but said he sometimes has cancellations. He contacted us and stated he indeed had a cancellation, so was able to start the next day. He started the work, even without a deposit, since it was short notice, and we were still away, out of town. We were trying to decide what to do for railing, and had captured quotes from supply companies for replacement aluminum or steel materials, but they seemed high. We asked Michael for his thoughts. He checked a hardware store for us, sent us pictures, and then sent us the part number/SKU's from the store. We paid the store directly, and he picked up the materials. The work is almost done, but all has gone great thus far, and we see no reason why it won't complete with great success."

Sometimes we even go the extra mile to take care of people, especially in the winter months! We won't leave anybody cold. We have around 3-4 employees as we try to keep costs down for our customers. They are reliable and trustworthy and we enjoy having them around. We sub-contract only if needed. Our billing requires 50% down payment at the start of the job and the remaining balance is due at the time of completion. If the customer lives outside of our service area, we will charge for an estimate. But only if it is a long trip that would cost alot in fuel expenses.Otherwise Estimates are free.we rarely ever have to charge for an estimate. We are a great bunch of people and would love to have you as a customer. :)
