"The response time from the first inquiry was excellent. The technician was very polite, knowledgeable, professional , friendly and knew exactly what I needed and wanted done on my gas fireplace. He worked in a timely fashion, and was very aware of keeping all dirt , etc., onto a covered area so my carpet stayed cleaned. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs repairs, parts, a new fireplace, etc. to their fireplace. I have already scheduled my yearly inspection for 2024. "It's a pretty decent system, I think. They send you the pieces and you install them yourself, which is pretty easy. The only real problem I have is that one sensor is too far away from the panel...or there's some interference, and they haven't been able to fix that. It's an interior door, so it's not the end of the world, just a little annoying. Their customer service is pretty good though. Nice, smart customer service people on the other end, very polite and helpful."

They are reliable and trustworthy and we enjoy having them around. We sub-contract only if needed. Our billing requires 50% down payment at the start of the job and the remaining balance is due at the time of completion. If the customer lives outside of our service area, we will charge for an estimate. But only if it is a long trip that would cost alot in fuel expenses.Otherwise Estimates are free.we rarely ever have to charge for an estimate.
