My wife and I are so pleased with the result. He replaced rotting boards, sanded and caulked, masked, and painted our trim, shutters, door, and shakes. As a comparison, we had our house painted a few years ago by another company and the quality of the workmanship by Keenan is far superior. I wish I had “before” pictures. Best of all, his pricing was extremely competitive. I would definitely use his company for future projects, including interior renovations based on this experience."

There were surprise charges, and key items like door handles and outlet covers were removed but never reinstalled. Paint was left on floors, tile, and even on our carpet.
