"Pinnacle was great. Our movers (WhiteStar, Sterling Heights, MI -- Excellent!) were leaving on their way from Northville to Holt when I realized I had lost our one and only key to our new house! New keys were in an agreed-upon location and the invoice was inside on the kitchen counter. Hooray!"

"The project was not an easy one. Our screen porch screens had to be replaced in place. They could not be removed. This was a small project, but EB was willing to do it. Big companies will not touch a small job like this one. EB had to come back to make some adjustments, but they made sure everything was correct. Changing door locks is a task that most homeowners can accomplish on their own. Standard door knobs are quite straightforward, and even more advanced locks, like electronic or smart locks, generally come with instructions. That said, the process can be time-consuming, especially if you plan to replace multiple locks around the house. It’s also a task that you want to complete correctly, considering that it affects the security of your house. That’s why hiring a pro is often best when changing your door locks.

There are different types of deadbolts. The most common type is a single-cylinder deadbolt, which you may recognize on your front door. This type of lock has a keyhole on the outside and a thumb turn on the inside. A double-cylinder deadbolt has two locking mechanisms and requires a key to engage on the inside as well as the outside.
