"I would give negative stars if it were possible. This company made promises on timing for my bathroom remodels and once they did start, 4 months after the date they had agreed upon on in the contract, the plumbing work resulted in a flood which damaged the ceiling in my family room. I had to hire a qualified plumbing company to come in finish the rough in plumbing to ensure it was done right. I tried to cancel many times but they kept encouraging me to continue. They refused to refund any of my deposit and to date they have not contacted me to share how they will compensate me to get the ceiling replaced. This has been a nightmare and this company has many issues with their staffing and how they conduct and do business. Reaching someone on the phone seems impossible and the owner seems to have no care or concern about the reputation of this company - they have not trouble walking away after having caused damage to our home."

If you don’t caulk your bathtub, then there won’t be a watertight seal between your bathtub and the wall tile surrounding it. Reglazing a bathtub is worth it if your current tub is in good condition and needs to be refinished or reglazed to bring it back to its shiny, smooth glory. While battered bathtubs might need to be refinished, bathtub refinishing is worth it, too, because it can make tubs with surface imperfections, shallow cracks and scratches, and staining look like new. Reglazing a bathtub is less expensive than refinishing, and both are less than the cost of bathtub replacement.
