Robert Hockenberger Painting

Robert was right on time for an estimate. He was able to perform the work that very same afternoon. Very reasonable pricing. Very satisfied with his work and cleanup. I will be having him return for more wallpaper removal and painting. Robert is very professional and easy going.

This is the second time I have hired Mr. Hockenberger for a paint project. As with the prior job, he did excellent work, in a timely manner, and to my complete satisfaction. He is polite, professional, and friendly, as well as a meticulous painter, who is not satisfied until you are satisfied. He is honest and I did not hesitate to allow him access to my home while I was out. He is also very punctual and prices his jobs fairly. I highly recommend him.

As always, Bob did a fantastic job at a very fair price. He is a pleasure to work with and we would recommend him without any hesitation!

Mr. Hockenberger returned my initial call in less than 24 hours. (He was the only painter who returned my call at all.) He came over and prepared a complete quote for a fair price and we hired him on the spot. He is a soft spoken gentleman, who is very polite and professional. He explained the benefit of different finishes for different areas, and weighed in on color selection when asked. He informed me when he planned to arrive each day. He is honest and trustworthy. I was very comfortable having him in my home while I was not at home. He worked quickly and diligently, but maintained a quality job throughout. Pricing was very fair. And not only would I hire Mr. Hockenberger again, I plan to.

Robert worked well with our schedule as our job was done in different stages. He was very trustworthy and we gave him a key to our home so he could complete jobs when we where unable to be there. It was nice to see a proffessionql job, and an excellent price was much appreciated!

He was good and nice. I called 2 or 3 other people but they didn't respond. He only does interior painting. I don't know about his price. He was an older guy, nice and polite. His was the only price quote I got. He was efficient, quite and a gentleman. He responded right away.

It went fantastically well!!!! This man is a real artisan! He doesn't just paint, he does it to perfection keeping in mind the longevity of his work i.e. He put a stain preventer as well as primer on the ceiling. His painting of the walls ceiling anc doors is unbelievably flawless! He did lots of extras too! Replaced my fire alarm, removed old chain on trim leading to basement, old curtain rod holders, etc. he nailed back trim that was loose! This is just some of the extra stuff he did! Lots of people can slap paint on a wall,....bob hockenberger does it to perfectioni most probably because he is a perfectionist. He worked from 8-30 until 5-30 for 4 days and though a real messy job, the clean up was superb. I have never had a better, more professional and motivated worker for my home! You won't either if you hire him.....and you know what? For what he did the price, i feel, was more than reasonable!!!!!

Went well. However there was a lot of cleanup when he was finished and he was not very neat. He left his lunch debris on the kitchen table every day for me to clean up and left the bath tub dirty where he filled the wallpaper remover steamer. he was always polite and respectful and the work was very well done when finished. I would hire him again.

Robert did what I saw was needed at a fair price, Plus he made very helpful recommendations. He was timely, reliable, trustworthy and did a quality job. His work was quality, his attitude was helpful, and his recommendations helped guide me in making decisions about aspects of accomplishing my objectives.

It went very well. Mr. Hockenberger was an honest, pleasant, professional, and talented painter with an outstanding work ethic. I would happily hire him again for any future painting projects.

It was great! Robert came when he said he would and worked very diligently all day. He fixed nail holes and painted free hand around the ceiling and trim! He is an excellent painter and does a very professional job. All door knobs were removed and replaced. No drips of paint, no smears or globs of paint, just a great quality job. The wallpaper was removed and the walls were prepared for painting. Great job. He did my neighbors house and I looked very closely at their walls before I hired Robert. Highly satisfied.

He was the most professional, affordable and efficient painter I have ever worked with! He had all the work done in 5 1/2 days, and even put mirrors, new fixtures up, just to be helpful!

Bob has painted the interior of our house several times.  The most recent time he painted our daughter's bedroom.  He is always prompt and reliable and does a very nice job for a reasonable cost.  We will continue to use his services in the future and highly recommend him.

Bob did a great job.    We wanted the inside of our house painted before we moved in.   Bob advised us on color and type of paint.   He even painted a couple area we had not discussed.   After he started work, there were a couple places we had not discussed,.  Bob asked us about it and did the extra work because he knew the job would not be great if these areas were not painted.
We would ask Bob to  painting for use again.

Bob was very prompt in responding to my initial inquiry...coming over the same day to look at the job and provide me with a quote. He suggested I could save a little money, if I did a little more work on removing the wallpaper paste on a particular section of one wall with a steamer. My husband and I attempted to do that, but were not getting the desired effect so I called Bob to find out what he would charge for this and decided to let him do the job.

Bob completed the total job in 2 days.....skim coated walls, painted the ceiling, and primed and painted the walls. He also replaced two ceiling fixtures for me.

I am very pleased with the outcome!  Bob was very professional, neat and accommodating during his time here.  I would not hesitate to hire Bob again or to recommend him!
