"This company is absolutely horrible to work with. Reglazed tub in May, 2024 and tub was chipping by September, 2024. Can’t get them out to fix it even with five year warranty. Told me if I paid 150.00 he would come fix it but not without paying even with warranty"

"I would give negative stars if it were possible. This company made promises on timing for my bathroom remodels and once they did start, 4 months after the date they had agreed upon on in the contract, the plumbing work resulted in a flood which damaged the ceiling in my family room. I had to hire a qualified plumbing company to come in finish the rough in plumbing to ensure it was done right. I tried to cancel many times but they kept encouraging me to continue. They refused to refund any of my deposit and to date they have not contacted me to share how they will compensate me to get the ceiling replaced. This has been a nightmare and this company has many issues with their staffing and how they conduct and do business. Reaching someone on the phone seems impossible and the owner seems to have no care or concern about the reputation of this company - they have not trouble walking away after having caused damage to our home."
