"I would give negative stars if it were possible. This company made promises on timing for my bathroom remodels and once they did start, 4 months after the date they had agreed upon on in the contract, the plumbing work resulted in a flood which damaged the ceiling in my family room. I had to hire a qualified plumbing company to come in finish the rough in plumbing to ensure it was done right. I tried to cancel many times but they kept encouraging me to continue. They refused to refund any of my deposit and to date they have not contacted me to share how they will compensate me to get the ceiling replaced. This has been a nightmare and this company has many issues with their staffing and how they conduct and do business. Reaching someone on the phone seems impossible and the owner seems to have no care or concern about the reputation of this company - they have not trouble walking away after having caused damage to our home."

If you don’t caulk your bathtub, then there won’t be a watertight seal between your bathtub and the wall tile surrounding it. As a result, water can seep into the wall and the floor and cause the perfect breeding grounds for mold and mildew. Cracks and chips tend to grow once they begin unless they are repaired immediately. Ideally, you should refinish your bathtub before it gets old enough that refinishing isn’t worth the hassle.

The cost of installing a new bathtub is considerably more expensive than refinishing an existing one, so if you’re looking to upgrade your tub on a budget, you might be better off refinishing it for now. Additionally, if your tub has only minor damage, refinishing it will make it look new again without the extra demolition and time.
