I have 3 employees. I do a lot of sub-contracting for builders. I do require half down for residential work do to UN honest people. If its a big project i do take payments after half is giving.

Floor Cleaning and Waxing
Jim was very punctual, professional and organized. He ordered all materials required, was tidy and quick while doing the job. I was very happy with his work.
Jim also did two other jobs for me. One was putting up some trim and drywall in a small utility room - not an easy job as there were lots of things to cut around but he was very neat. He also fixed some damaged wood underneath my kitchen sink. He is very responsive, if I needed something extra done or had a change; he would be very willing to adjust his schedule to accomodate what I needed and did a very good job. He was helpful in making suggestions with the work I needed done.....and is a very good listener. He is very professional, flexible and patient, these are attributes I highly value in a contractor/carpenter. Jim is the type of person that goes above and beyond what is asked. I was very pleased with his work and will definitely use him again.

"Hello To everyone out there, why would I complete the house when the roof leaks and just going to destroy the work. I had advised her of this and she stated Deanna that she don't have the money to fix the roof. She wants me to just put a tarp over the roof at my expense. I HAVE NO PROBLEM FINISHING THIS WORK. I WILL SAY IN MY DEFENSE Y SOMEBODY WANTS A HANDYMAN TO DO WORK THAT THE HANDYMAN KNOWS ITS NOT RIGHT MAKES NO SENSE. SO SHE CAN KEEP POSTING ON HERE THATS FINE I CAN PROVIDE ALOT OF REFERENCES ABOUT MY WORK AND ME. THANK YOU HAVE A GOOD DAY"

Handyman Service
I paid for half the services up front. Promised the work would be done today and no work has been done and he has been unresponsive. The work was only supposed to only take six days, he is three weeks over due.

"Hello, I told {removed member name} about the roof leaking and she told me to do the work anyway. Why would someone want new paint and flooring when it's going to be destroy by the roof leaking. She told me she don't have the money to redo the roof she stated to just put a trap on it so she could rent it. I will also be glade to share the email and texts with that statement in it. Again I have no problem finishing the work. Why or how can you rent a house knowing that the roof leaks? Thank you again"
