My sister and I have been using Sophia for our tax returns since 2016. She takes her time, answers questions and her office staff are always pleasant. We had just come to the end of a two year nightmare of a complete remodeling of our rental house, when we found out we had to replace our cast iron sanitary pipes. My sister called her for advice on how to pay for the repairs and she recommended a Wells Fargo client for a mortgage. We had been told by other banks we couldn't mortgage a rental house. We have always prepared our own taxes on account of relatively uncomplicated tax circumstances.  Due to certain personal and professional developments in 2015, I realized late in the tax season I really needed professional help and advice with regards to completing our 2015 taxes. Despite the looming April 16th deadline , Natalie was the only one of a number of CPA/Tax Specialist firms that not only insisted on fitting us in for a face-to-face meeting,  but took a personal and genuine interest in helping us and  providing  the advice we needed, resolving weeks of concern and giving us peace of mind that in fact we were on the right track. I should also mention that her assistant Andrea was also extremely helpful and attentive in setting  and following up on our appointment. Natalie's fees are extremely reasonable and well worth the degree of  professionalism,  attentiveness and personal care provided.  The days of self-prepared tax returns  are over for us. Natalie has our business.

I received a certified mail letter from the IRS regarding a closed business that I had operated in Houston prior to relocating to Fort Lauderdale.

I'll be happy to give her an excellent grading, she quotes with very a fair price, doing a good job on me and had patience. I've retained her for my projects until next year and I will repeat doing business with her. I've used an accountant before but his price keeps on going up and I quit dealing with the guy who is my original accountant because he had a company group and he ended up being more managerial than hands on. I went to another guy which was pretty good but when he got promoted he's like a secretary and so we ended up using Natalie M. Adams and she was very good I would recommend her to anybody.
