Everything went well. We had chosen a color in advance and the painter Chris even suggested a better color that we actually liked better than what we chose. I was a stickler on clean lines and the painter and supervisor Connor made sure I had clean lines using precise masking. We were very pleased with the result!

Work went very well. Brian's conscientious preliminary work and careful finishing made it look fine. This was an outside border for our patio, so It was a "small" job but Brian and Eric treated it with exceptional care. Brian even returned to double check and got rid of a bees nest for us! They were also very pleasant and thoughtful in explaining all they were doing.

The first rep spent two hours at the house, did a long presentation touting ethical values (with biblical quotes no less) of the company and their guarantees and concern for the customer, gave a verbal estimate with a promise of a written one next day as it was almost ready. I called him a week later, he was working for a different company already and told me to call reception to get to a different rep. That rep called me after a week, did not know what the agreement had been. Pulled something out of a hat without knowing anything about the property other than the scetchy notes he had on the computer. No apologies, no concern about misunderstanding and lack of information. Just sent me an estimate for skylight only which was higher than what I got before from the first rep. So much for integrity.

Premier PaintingBrant Warren, the owner of the company, came to do an estimate. He walked around the entire house with me and thoroughly explained what the job entailed. He pointed out problem areas, what caused them, and what he would do to correct them. I really appreciated the time he put into explaining everything to me. His crew started the work on the agreed date and worked pretty much full time for about 6 days. They were very professional, yet personable. I was very impressed with their work ethic.
