"Called several times to get a tree trimmed. Calls never returned. Tree fell causing property damage. Called for removal at emergency rates, was told a minimum two weeks waiting. Scheduled it, called another tree service who cleaned up damage and removed remainder of the tree. Johnny's crew showed up before the office opened to cancel and I am being charged a service fee. Others have complained to the BBB about this company, but bad Google reviews keep disappearing. Do research before hiring, as they absolutely will not do scheduled work but will show for higher fee emergency work."
